provide an author/assignee search filter like in gitlab.
provide a "reminder shortcut" (wiedervorlagefunktion) below ticket threads

furthermore put a "wall board" like gitlab in consideration.

be aware that a common scenario is that i want to re-view a ticket that i re-assigned to a user. as a result it currently is NOT shown if i select the outgoing arrow?!

another enhancement should be to show the real time when tickets are due/overdue.

colorizing then could appear in steps according to ticket settings/priorities.
